Methods of membership:
    1. Profession of faith and baptism, if never baptized.
    2. Renewal of vows if baptized but don't currently have a church home.
    3. Transfer from another United Methodist Church.
    4. Transfer from another denomination.
    5. Affiliate member - attend St. Andrew's UMC, but maintain your membership in
         another United Methodist Church
    6. Associate member - attend St. Andrew's UMC, but maintain your membership
         in church of another denomination.
